She even offered me movers and licensed electricians because she knew I needed to renovate my apartment once I moved. She was the liaison between the seller, buyer, their attorneys, their banks, and the coop management company. She made sure everyone was on top of their game so the process moved smoothly and quickly. Of course, all this happened during a pandemic, but that didn't steer Olga away from doing her job with the utmost professionalism. She is the consummate professional who is accountable and holds herself to a high standard. She is tenacious in the way she works but never forgets the human element of home buying and selling. Her knowledge of every aspect of the sale process is tremendous. Over the years since we purchased our apartment from her, we stayed in touch and every so often I would see her around the neighborhood showing other homes to clients. There was never a second thought about who we would call when we were going to move again.
