She expanded her real estate business based on current trends and high demand from clients seeking to transition to the suburbs from NYC. Olga focuses on needs and relationships, more so than on merely closing deals. Originally from Russia, Olga has lived in Queens since 1993. She earned a Computer Science degree, honed her financial expertise at Credit Suisse First Boston, and entered real estate in 2003. Olga worked for Century 21, got her broker's license, and opened her own office in 2007 managing 50 agents. She joined Douglas Elliman in 2008. Listing properties, marketing them creatively, and selling them profitably is where she truly shines. Olga and her team also help buyers and investors from NY and overseas find high-end residential properties and the best value throughout Queens, Long Island, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

Bilingual in Russian and English, Olga is married with two sons, both of whom lend their talents to her real estate team.

I have been very fortunate to be named Douglas Elliman’s 2022 Platinum Award Winner. The crazy part about all of this is that I never expected to create a successful real estate business because I was afraid of what people would think of me. 
 
Through my journey though, I have been able to overcome that fear and step into my calling: finding people their dream homes.

Presently I am dually licensed at the New York firm’s Bayside and Roslyn offices and proud to specialize in selling all throughout Queens as well as Long Island, the Roslyn area in particular.
